About PhonkZilla Studio
PhonkZilla Studio is a locally operated music-video production and YouTube publishing application managed by Enzed Recordings Ltd.
This Privacy Policy explains how PhonkZilla Studio accesses, uses, stores and protects information when an authorized user connects a YouTube channel or uploads a video using YouTube API Services.
YouTube API Services
PhonkZilla Studio uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth authorization.
By connecting a YouTube channel, the user authorizes PhonkZilla Studio to:
• Read the connected channel’s basic identity information, including its channel ID and channel title, so the application can verify that the correct channel has been selected.
• Upload videos and user-supplied video metadata to the authorized YouTube channel.
The application currently requests the YouTube upload and YouTube read-only authorization permissions. It does not request or store a user’s Google or YouTube password.

Information accessed or stored
PhonkZilla Studio may access or store:
• The authorized YouTube channel ID and channel title.
• Google OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the channel connection.
• Video titles, descriptions, tags, audience selections and privacy settings supplied by the user.
• The YouTube video ID and URL returned after a successful upload.
• A local record of the channel, upload time and completed upload.
Audio files, artwork, captions, rendered videos and project information supplied directly to PhonkZilla Studio may also be stored locally as part of the video-production workflow.
How information is used
Information is used only to:
• Verify that the Google-authorized channel matches the channel selected in PhonkZilla Studio.
• Maintain an authorized connection to that YouTube channel.
• Upload videos and associated metadata after the user reviews and initiates the upload.
• Display the status and history of completed uploads.
• Operate, secure and improve the features requested by the user.
PhonkZilla Studio does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence models.
PhonkZilla Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Google OAuth credentials and YouTube connection records are stored locally on the computer running PhonkZilla Studio. They are saved in restricted local files and are not intentionally placed on a public server.
Information is sent to Google and YouTube only as necessary to authorize a channel, verify its identity and perform a user-approved upload.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored information from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse.
Sharing
PhonkZilla Studio does not sell or rent user information.
Authorized information is shared with Google and YouTube only as necessary to provide the requested YouTube connection and uploading functionality. Information may also be disclosed if required by applicable law or necessary to protect the security of the application and its users.
This public information website is hosted using Google Sites. Google may process technical information required to provide that hosting service under Google’s Privacy Policy.
Retention and deletion
YouTube authorization tokens are retained only while required to maintain an active connection authorized by the user.
Users may revoke PhonkZilla Studio’s Google or YouTube access through the Google Account permissions page:

A user may also request deletion of their stored OAuth credentials and related authorized YouTube data by contacting:

Following a valid deletion request or notice of revoked authorization, the applicable OAuth credentials and related authorized YouTube data will be deleted as soon as reasonably possible and no later than seven calendar days.
Locally created project files and rendered media that were not obtained from YouTube may be retained until the user or application operator deletes them.
Children
PhonkZilla Studio is a private production tool and is not intended for use by children. Users must correctly identify whether uploaded content is made for children when completing the upload settings.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the application’s features or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
