Acceptance
These Terms of Service apply to the use of PhonkZilla Studio, a private music-video production and YouTube publishing application operated by Enzed Recordings Ltd.
By accessing or using PhonkZilla Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Authorized use
PhonkZilla Studio is available only to approved users who are authorized to manage the connected YouTube channels.
You must not connect, access or upload content to a YouTube channel unless you have permission to administer that channel.
YouTube terms
PhonkZilla Studio uses YouTube API Services.
By using PhonkZilla Studio’s YouTube-related features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service:

Content and permissions
You retain responsibility for all audio, artwork, lyrics, captions, videos, metadata and other material supplied to or uploaded through PhonkZilla Studio.
You confirm that you own the content or possess all permissions, licences and rights required to create and upload it.
You must not use PhonkZilla Studio to upload content that infringes copyright, violates privacy rights, contains unlawful material or breaches YouTube’s policies or Community Guidelines.

Upload control
PhonkZilla Studio will only upload a video when an authorized user selects the intended channel, reviews the upload information and initiates the upload action.
Users are responsible for reviewing the video title, description, tags, audience designation and privacy setting before uploading.
Connected accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google and YouTube accounts and for promptly revoking access if a connection is no longer authorized.

Availability
PhonkZilla Studio is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
No guarantee is made that rendering, transcription, authorization or uploading will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Responsibility for uploads
You are responsible for reviewing every generated video and its metadata before upload. Automated transcription, caption timing, artwork processing and rendering may contain errors and should be checked by an authorized user.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enzed Recordings Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from the use of PhonkZilla Studio, including failed uploads, incorrect metadata, lost project files, channel restrictions or third-party platform actions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if the application is used without authorization, in breach of these Terms or in a way that may harm users, channels, Google, YouTube or Enzed Recordings Ltd.
Changes
These Terms may be updated when the application, applicable law or third-party platform requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
